The art of a good leader is to take your team wherever you want them to go. And there is a difference between a leader and a manager.

- Do you have an updated Values Statement that identifies the core values of your business?
- Does your team share your Vision, Mission & Values for the business and know where your business is heading?
- Have you developed a culture in your business consistent with your Vision and Values such that your customers will be delighted with their buying experience?
